Spherion is currently seeking dedicated and hard-working Production Workers to join a local cheese company. In this vital role, you will be a key part of the production process, handling a variety of tasks that ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist machine operators with their daily tasksLoad and unload materials, products, and ingredients from trucks and conveyorsManually move and stack items, or use mechanical equipment to do soDeliver items to designated work areas for processingHand pack products into boxes and cratesSort and bundle products, and apply identifying labelsConstruct and deconstruct shipping boxesMaintain a clean and safe work area at all timesComplete all required paperwork accurately and legiblyReport any quality or operational issues to your supervisor as they occur

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferredPrevious experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor role is a plusAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentStrong attention to detail and legible handwriting for record-keeping
