... As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy industrial facility. From loading raw materials to helping with packaging and plant maintenance, this position is perfect for someone who isn't afraid of physical labor, enjoys working in a team environment, and takes pride in doing a job well. No prior experience is required-just a willingness to learn, show up on time, and work hard.

Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products

Monitor, clean, and maintain plant equipment and workstations

Operate basic machinery and follow production processes under supervision

Perform regular housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Adhere strictly to all plant safety rules, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements

Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or production delays to supervisors promptly

Support inventory tracking by helping with material counts and storage

Follow work instructions, checklists, and documentation accurately

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing daily production goals

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor roles

Familiarity with operating basic machinery or tools

Experience in environments that require safety awareness (construction, plant, warehouse, etc.)

Basic understanding of material handling or inventory control

Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (may be hot, dusty, or noisy)

Able to stand, walk, bend, and move consistently for 8+ hours per day

Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to wear PPE and follow all safety procedures without exception
