Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our high-volume production team as Mechanical Assemblers. In this role, you will assist in the mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels, working with small electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:Perform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels according to blueprints and schematicsUse hand tools and power tools to assemble componentsFollow production line procedures and safety protocolsHandle small parts with precision and care (e.g., microchips, PCBs, SD cards)Conduct basic wiring and soldering tasks as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequired Skills:Mechanical assemblyUse of hand and power toolsBlueprint and schematic readingProduction line experienceDexterity and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.45 - $22.40/hr.
