We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Technicians to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining high product quality standards, and supporting the overall efficiency and safety of plant operations. This position is key to ensuring we maintain our Preferred Status by consistently delivering high-quality products.
Location: Hoosick Falls, NY
• Hours: (22:30pm-7:00am), Monday to Friday
• Pay Range: $19/hr + $1.25/hr shift differential
Weekly Pay!
Operate production equipment and/or product cleaning systems.
Perform quality checks and use data to ensure product excellence.
Inspect and maintain production equipment; address breakdowns proactively.
Operate mobile equipment to move raw materials and finished products.
Maintain and control inventory of raw, finished, scrap, and held goods.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment using 5S principles.
Participate in team meetings, WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities, and coordinator functions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and train fellow team members.
Actively contribute to a positive team environment and cross-functional teamwork.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Familiarity with plant computer systems for data input and retrieval.
Ability to operate forklifts and other mobile equipment (training provided).
Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn multiple roles and support peers across departments.
Must be able to work night shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and lift heavy materials safely.
