Shift: 1st Shift - 06:00 am - 4:30 pm - MONDAY - THURSDAY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Sanding Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role is responsible for preparing metal and composite parts by sanding, grinding, and deburring surfaces to meet strict aerospace quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and mechanical sanding of aerospace components.Use hand tools and power tools to grind and deburr parts.Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure smooth finishes according to specifications.Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
