Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

This role involves working as a Production Worker at a chemical manufacturing and distribution plant. Key duties include loading and unloading trucks, staging shipments, moving products with a sit-down forklift, correctly labeling products, and performing some chemical filling tasks. The facility manufactures chemicals used in industrial, food, and pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities may also include filling totes, cleaning and relabeling them, completing manual fills, and ensuring proper shipment staging.

Work Environment

This position is located in the 'Food' building, distributing chemicals to food manufacturers. The work environment is non-union and involves handling chemicals, with protective gear provided for safety. The atmosphere may have a chemical smell, such as ammonia or chlorine. The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, 8am-4:30pm, transitioning to a 9am start time post-training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $25.00/hr.
