Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Test Technician (Level 2 or 3) to join our dynamic team in Ridgecrest, California. This role is essential to supporting the testing and evaluation of electro-mechanical systems critical to national defense supporting our ARRGM Program.
In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for setting up, executing, and documenting tests in accordance with detailed procedures and customer requirements. This role demands a strong commitment to quality, adherence to ESD and FOD protocols, and the ability to meet production goals in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and perform testing of electro-mechanical devices following written instructionsRecord and analyze test data to ensure compliance with customer specificationsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following ESD and FOD proceduresCollaborate respectfully and effectively within a close-knit teamOperate independently with minimal supervisionOccasionally lift heavy equipment (up to 30 lbs) and work overtime when requiredBasic Qualifications Production Test Technician 2:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with Maintenance Data Collection systems (MES, FMT, CAMS, etc.)Ability to lift up to 30 lbsAbility to obtain Active DoD Secret clearanceBasic Qualifications Production Test Technician 3:
