Job Description1/ Equipment Management:
Manage, control, and maintain the quality of equipment on the production line to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Conduct regular equipment inspections, identify issues, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
2/ Issue Resolution:
Monitor and address processing issues, quality concerns, and machine malfunctions promptly.
Implement corrective actions to address immediate problems and develop preventive actions to mitigate future issues.
3/ Consumable Part Management:
Manage and report the consumption of parts and materials used in the production process.
Develop plans to optimize part usage and propose improvement plans to extend the lifespan of consumable components, reducing operational costs.
4/ Procedure Development and Training:
Create and maintain Operational Procedures (OPL) and Work Instructions (WI) to standardize processes.
Train production line operators on OPL/WI, ensuring consistency and efficiency in operations.
5/ Support in Improvement Projects:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Provide technical expertise and input to drive process enhancements.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of quality control and process improvement methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality.
