**Production Associate – Machine Operator** **Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) **Type:** Temp-to-Hire We’re hiring dependable, hands-on individuals to operate production machinery in a clean, safety-focused environment. This is a machine operation role with real growth potential. **Key Duties:** + Operate machines to produce silt fence products (we’ll train you) + Load/unload materials; lift up to 50 lbs (no overhead lifting) + Perform quality checks and read tape measures accurately + Keep your work area clean and follow safety protocols + Communicate clearly and work well in a team + Overtime may be required **Preferred:** + Machine operation or manufacturing experience + Mechanically inclined and quick to learn + Reliable, with a strong work ethic **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
