Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team. The role involves assembly and disassembly of mechanical components, cleaning, and servicing materials using various chemistry procedures. The technician will strictly adhere to site safety, quality, and company HR conduct policies and protocols, ensuring meticulous completion and documentation of each step in the process.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble and disassemble mechanical components.Clean and service materials using chemistry procedures.Strictly adhere to safety, quality, and conduct policies.Read and follow written work instructions and procedures.Use required safety equipment including hearing protection, safety glasses, face shields, respirators, and chemical process PPE.Handle potentially hazardous materials according to safety procedures.Complete tasks using cleaning techniques including hand and power tools, mechanical cleaning, and chemical cleaning equipment.Assist in maintaining processing equipment in good condition.Perform tasks in a cleanroom environment, adhering to cleanroom garments and PPE protocols.Support inventory management to maintain proper stocking levels.Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude and skill in using hand and power tools.Ability to read and follow work instructions.Comfortable utilizing chemistry procedures.Experience in semiconductor production.Proficiency in assembly and cleanroom protocols.Experience in chemical handling.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes cleanroom, shop, and warehouse settings. The schedule is a 4x10 format, Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 10:30 pm, with initial training on a day shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
