This position reports to

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tWork in hoist factory on hoist/brake products assembly and test to meet quality standard and delivery plan requirements.•\tWork at ABB hoist project site for equipment erection supervision and mechanical service plan according to PM and customers requirement. •\tTake the site HSE inspection and follow up ABB policy to meet general erection site performance and deliver reports in time.•\tStrictly follow up ABB hoist products assembly and erection procedure and quality standards and keep process records accordingly.•\tEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation and field regulations

Qualifications for the role

\tMajor in mechanical and hydraulic or equivalent background.\tWith Mining and hoisting system equipment experience is a plus.\tMinimum 5 years’ experience of mining and construction mechanical equipment assembly/maintenance or hydraulic power packing service/commissioning.\tAdapt to traveling and field service work environment.\tCommunication well, strong practical ability and sense of responsibility.\tIntegrity, Respect, Teamwork & Collaboration, Customer/Service Oriented.\tCan take multiple job responsibility and flexible service role.
