Position:Production Tech I
Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Production Technician to join our team in the assembly of computing products. In this role as a Production Technician I, you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including safety, quality, precision, collaboration, and reliability.

Shift time: 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:00am-6:30pm. OT and Saturdays may be required due to business needs.

Hourly rate: 18.00 USD

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform low complexity builds of computing products in accordance with build planInstall system hardware and componentsPrepare product for assemblyKit and package productIdentify and process non-conforming materialMaintain product documentation, capture component and system serial numbersCreate and apply product labelingEngage in cross-training to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals

What We Are Looking For:

1-3 years related assembly experienceAbility to continually stand for long hoursCapability to regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reachAbility to consistently handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 lbs.Must be reliable and report consistently to your scheduled shift, including overtime hoursComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesAttention to detail and ability to work within timeframes Good communication skillsReading, writing, and understanding of English language Ability to follow written instructionsBasic computer literacyMust be comfortable working under safety, quality, and productivity standards
