PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To organize production, fulfil production according to production schedule.组织现场生产作业,按照生产计划完成生产任务.Responsible for the shift safety and quality负责班组生产安全和产品质量.Ensure shift operators to properly use machine, equipment and tool, keep worksite clean保证班组员工正确操作机械,设备和工具,保持工作场所的清洁.Provide training to new operators.培训新员工.Communicate with other department (QC, MC, MT,…)与其它部门的沟通协调(实验室，仓库，维修)When in process, following operating procedures and any abnormal circumstances happened including the event could lead to process safety incidents, report to production manager in time.在生产过程中，遵守操作程序，如果有异常情况包括能够引发工艺安全事件，及时报告生产经理.Report problems to department manager and advise出现异常报给给部门经理并作出解决建议。QUALIFICATIONS
