Our people are our most important asset, and we are looking to expand our production team. Training starts at $21.00 plus a 0.45 shift diff . Hours are 3PM-11Pm plus OT and we work every other Saturday. Our Operators make $27. Our production team is Union and we make the highest quality products in the corrugated industry!

 

We work 8 to 10 -hour shifts, 5 days and every other Saturday.  You may be asked to work overtime in addition to the OT hours already built into your schedule.  OT over 40 hours is paid at time and ½.  Openings are primarily on our second shift, but you should be available to move to either day or night shift if opportunities open to advance. What you need to succeed:

Experience with high-speed, high-volume work. Manufacturing experience or similar experience is preferredWillingness and ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate powered equipment, and other duties as assignedAbility to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day and push or pull up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis. You must be able to stand for up to 12 hour shifts.  Our plant gets very hot in the summer. We take safety seriously. Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.
