The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Performing Quality control checks of Incoming and finished goods. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading a team of production operators to achieve our production goals and targets. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of product quality and safety. Your leadership will drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement in our production processes.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
The primary objective of Production Operation specialization within Production & Assembly Job Family is to mold, assemble and test components, devices and products ensuring compliance to GMP Quality and OH&S standards.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that the Production schedules and KPI’s are achieved to meet customer requirements.
Assists in setting up work stations and follows written or verbal process specifications in completing all assignments.
Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organizational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
Interacts daily with subordinates and other functional groups.
Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.
Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.
A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit.
Generally, supervises semi-skilled employees (e.g., assemblers, operators, clerical).

Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production operations environment.
Requires full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and procedures.
Technical knowledge of production processes and machinery.
Strong experience in production planning and manpower planning.
Analyzes data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
We value diversity in industry experience. Candidates with backgrounds in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food and beverage, cosmetics and personal care, chemicals, and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) are highly encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles is preferred.
