Job DescriptionTo follow the production targets and provide the necessary effort and coordination to achieve themEnsuring continuity by taking into account the complementary elements of quality at all stages of productionTo carry out studies (processes, equipment) to increase efficiency and to support these studiesMaking improvements (related to production) to ensure employee satisfaction and job securityReporting weekly and monthly production informationMaking annual training plans for production personnelAttending FMEA meetings of production departmentsParticipating in proposal project team meetingsPrepare, analyze production performances and take necessary precautionsCarrying out and monitoring studies on new products and trial productionProviding suggestions to PPI for developments regarding processes and machines/apparatusKeeping track of in-department stocks In case of non-conformity (reclamations, scrap, repair, etc.) to ensure that the necessary work is carried out and to inform the Quality DepartmentPaying close attention to the problems of employees (belonging to their department)To monitor, inspect and ensure product and service quality within the framework of the Quality Management SystemIf it is not possible to eliminate a problem immediately, stop production and/or initiate the necessary regulatory/preventive work, ensure that it is initiated and follow up.Participating in ESH practices within production and following inspections.Participating in inventory studiesEnsuring that Series Start approvals are givenQualificationsUniversity degree, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related technical discipline (depending on plant size)5 or more years of professional experience in various production functionsCross functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, supply chain or CBS preferred Comprehensive experience in rubber and plastic production processesProficient in English.
