Job Title: Production Team Lead

ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the production assembly team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.Coordinate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.Ensure proper assembly of automotive components using mechanical aptitude and supervision skills.Maintain safety protocols and standards within the production area.Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for the assembly process.Essential SkillsProven experience in supervision or team leadership roles, preferably with 2+ years.Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly processes.Experience within the automotive industry and manufacturing environments.Ability to operate forklifts and other necessary equipment.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45344.00 - $45344.00/yr.

2 Weeks Vacation (non-negotiable)
32 hours PTO = 16 in January, 16 in July
$1,000 Signing Bonus within first 90 days (paid out at 30 day, 60 day, 90 day)
