Position Summary

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of operators on the production floor to meet daily targets in safety, quality, and output. You will lead by example, ensuring operational discipline while fostering a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive team environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, resolve issues quickly, and communicate effectively across diverse backgrounds and roles. Reporting to the Area Leader, you will:
Your Role

Lead, support, and supervise a team of production operators in a high-paced manufacturing environment.Ensure daily production targets are met with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Act as a go-to resource for problem-solving and escalation of operational issues.Monitor compliance with safety standards, work instructions, and quality guidelines.Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and performance.Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to support team development.

Your BackgroundYou got Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant area;Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively to people from diverse backgrounds and roles.Proven ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and drive results under pressure.Solid organizational and planning capabilities.Flexibility to work in shifts (mandatory).
