Job Responsibilities:

Eagle Bend Manufacturing, a Tier 1 Auto Manufacturer, seeks an experienced Team Leader to support the Supervisor in managing the team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and driving manufacturing improvements.

Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Operate resistance spot weld machines; assemble components to produce quality finished goods

Individual must have the ability to oversee general manufacturing processes and team members.  

Ability to plan and delegate assignments and ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues. 

Must possess good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude and motivate team members

Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required. 

Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
