Production Team Lead
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven Production Shift Lead / Operator to oversee shift operations within our high-precision surface treatment department. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and supporting team performance through hands-on leadership and process coordination.

Temporary position$21.00 to $23.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)Oversee and coordinate shift activities to ensure maximum productivity and smooth workflowMonitor break timing, ensure proper documentation, and conduct in-process quality inspectionsLoad/unload component fixtures for product cleaning, PVD processing, and shipment prepPerform initial inspection of raw materials and final inspection of products before shipmentExecute inventory transactions for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure accuracyPerform daily maintenance tasks (“target changes”) on coating equipment using basic tools and reference schematicsTrain and onboard new DST operators, promoting process understanding and safety complianceConduct quality control on finished goods (FPE) to maintain high-quality standardsTrack and report production output; contribute ideas to improve throughput and efficiencyComplete scheduled safety and audits to maintain a clean and compliant work environmentProduction Team Lead Qualifications:
Prior experience in manufacturing, especially PVD or surface treatment processes, is preferredStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsExperience with quality audits, inventory systems, or ERP software is a plusAbility to lift up to 20+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a production environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
