“A Day in the Life”

As the Production Team Lead you will lead a crew of employees in servicing and repairing modular buildings.  Coordinate and prioritize work schedule for production crew, assign modular mechanics and general maintenance employees. Verify quality according to our standards. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines. Promote a culture of teamwork and mutual support and recognizing collaborative efforts.

“What You’ll Do”

Coordinate and prioritize work schedule for production crew, assign modular mechanics tasks, learn/train as needed, and verify quality according to our standardsPerform preventative maintenance and construction on modular buildings to include, but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and cleaningMonitor the work of team members to meet productivity, quality and safety requirementsMaintain accurate records of production activities and report to managementEnsure team maintains tools, supplies and work area consistent with the area’s 5S checklistActively participate in safety meetings and safety training of crew members. Carry out current industry safety practices to include knowledge of OSHA requirements. Conduct daily and weekly safety audits and document results. “Must Haves”

Prior experience of at least 4-6 years in the construction or related industry performing and leading general construction tradesAble to read and understand blueprints, schematics, procedures and Company specific work orders, work instructions and floor plans providedProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Basic knowledge of database management systems.
