Minimum requirements:
National Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Production Management / Operations Management or similar field 3 - 5 Years' experience in Production Environment as a Lead Moderator, leading a cross divisional team in a Workshop Environment Sound knowledge / deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, shop floor management - Cascade Methodology Knowledge / understanding of Industrial Engineering techniques (Work measurement / method studies) Strong planning, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills Preferred experience in Project and admin management / knowledge of production, logistics, quality processes Moderating of 3P new model introduction, efficiency, improvements, value stream / problem solving workshops Introducing, chairing, maintaining forums to ensure sustainable control of production standards / represent company in various forums Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
