Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate orExperienced Production Support Specialist to join the Shipside SupportTeam based out of Portland, Oregon. This position is available for our 1st or 2nd shift.

This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that works together to meet our customers' needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.

Position Responsibilities:

Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operationsConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaProvides limited feedback on assessment resultsSupport the teammates in implementation of strategies and plansWorks under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience in manufacturing6+ months of experience working in a multi-functional team environmentExperience in Data AnalysisWilling to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor’s Degree or higherExperience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range:

Associate (Level 2): $65,700 – $80,300

Experienced (Level 3): $81,900 - $100,100
