Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Production Support Specialist to join the Shipside Support Team based out of Portland, Oregon. This position is available for our 1st shift.

This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that works together to meet our customers' needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.

Position Responsibilities:

Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organizationConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaProvides expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issuesUtilizes tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolve of production issuesFacilitates ongoing coordination and tracking of open itemsAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment resultsAssist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issuesSupports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issuesProvide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammatesWorks under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in manufacturing1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective actionWillingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor’s Degree or higherExperience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Experienced (Level 3): $81,900 - $100,100

Senior (Level 4): $98,100 - $116,000
