Job Title: Production Support Administrator
Reports: Production Controller
Location: Terex MDS
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am to 2pm.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic and team-focused role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure the smooth flow of production - from Production Control, to HSE and Quality Management Systems. Your contributions will help maintain high standards and keep projects on track.
Provide reliable administrative support to the Production Control, HSE, and Quality teams.
Assist in preparing and maintaining essential documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and foster open communication between departments.
Help implement safety and quality initiatives by ensuring procedures are documented and accessible.
Create and maintain friendly and professional relationships across teams to facilitate workflow and collaboration.
Contribute to a culture of team work and continuous improvement by sharing feedback and promoting best practices.

Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re approachable, responsive, and a good listener.
A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
