We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with aluminum extrusion expertise to lead operations on the first shift. This role requires a strong leader who can balance safety, quality, and productivity while driving continuous improvement and supporting team development.

Lead extrusion team operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery

Manage employee schedules, workloads, and training

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs

Partner with leadership to align departmental workflows with customer demand

Provide coaching, performance feedback, and cross-training for team members

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience

Knowledge of 5S, Lean, or other continuous improvement practices

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
3+ years manufacturing experience

2+ years aluminum extrusion experience (required)

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints
