Supervise staff compliance with safety guidelines to prevent accidents.Comply with quality guidelines to achieve customer satisfaction.Achieve production goals within the time required to increase the area's profitability.Authority to stop the line or make necessary changes to daily performance due to any type of situation such as staff shortages, material shortages, quality issues, or risk of accidents.Maintain updated metrics to maintain a vision of business performance.Manage and develop staff under their supervision.Continuous improvement in scrap and performance improvement in adherence to production plans.Responsible for the technical and career development of staff under their supervision.

My Background:

Industrial Engineer or related degree At least 5 years of experience as a production supervisorPersonnel managementLanguage: Intermediate-advanced English (reading and writing) Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Analysis and technical problem-solving (8Ds) / (5whys)Teamwork / Assertive communication / Leadership / People management, Persuasion, Decision-making.
