What You'll Do as a Night Shift Supervisor:

Lead and motivate a team of 15–25 production employees.Ensure production, quality, and safety goals are met.Troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance and issues.Communicate clearly to maintain workflow and team alignment.Enforce safety protocols, policies, and procedures.Utilize Kronos Time & Attendance for employee time tracking.Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing processes and systems.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn equipment operation and QC systems.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 12-hour shifts.Commitment to safety, teamwork, and results.College degree preferred (but not required).
