As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor. You’ll lead a team of up to 30 staff, ensuring that daily targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production operations across multiple shiftsLead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 30 production staffMonitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targetsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulationsConduct daily team briefings and performance reviewsTrain and mentor new and existing staff to ensure skill developmentIdentify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtimeMaintain accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and incidentsCollaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operationsSupport machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as neededDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader roleProven background in food production or manufacturingStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience with the following machinery is an advantage:Weber Slicer Ilpra Tray SealerPFM Bagging MachineMBP Multi-Head weigherGroba Cutting MachineTecno-Pack Flow WrapperInterested?
