Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production and assembly of aerospace units. This role ensures that all manufacturing activities meet quality, safety, and customer standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve production goals.

Supervise the assembly of components into subassemblies and the mating/joining of structural assemblies (metallic and non-metallic).Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, utilizing fastening methods such as screws, bolts, rivets, soldering, crimping, swaging, connectors, and adhesives.Manage the testing of systems using mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment to ensure functionality and quality compliance.Interface and collaborate with engineering teams, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product specifications and ensure customer acceptance.Maintain compliance with safety standards and production timelines while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

QualificationsProven experience in a aerospace manufacturing or production supervisory role, no other industry will be consider. Strong understanding of structural assembly, system installation, and testing procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders.Familiarity with quality control standards and production documentation.Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
