Your responsibilities:

Develop activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply,

Plan and administer procedures and budgets.

Make budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.

Develop schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.

Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

You will have

•5 years of experience as a production supervisor

•Leas cross functional and multi-cultural teams

•Interpersona skills

•Excellent (written and verbal) to various levels of the organization

•In a positive manner despite challenges to deliverables, and resources..

•Problem solving,  proven experience using lean manufactured tools:A3, kaizen events, Ishikawa  5ss

•Rotary Shift Availability

•Advanced English Level

You will report to Production Manager
