Johnson Service Group is an award-winning staffing company that is looking for a Production Supervisor. Must have prior hands-on work experience in a manufacturing setting. This is a Direct job for an Electronics company in Chatsworth, CA Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of Sensors is a big plus.


Pay Rate: $90K


TIME: 6:15 AM – 4:45PM (Monday thru Thursday)


Responsible for the direction and coordination of all production operations, either through subordinate, lead, supervisors or direct supervision. Has responsibility for all production aspects of the manufacturing process. Responsible for assuring team members follow current work Instructions, Procedures, tooling, and process specifications. Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines is required.

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Responsible for assisting production activities that require a broad knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines. Assure training is conducted of new employees and aides employees with questions regarding work standards. Responsible for overseeing and monitoring of production to ensure quality and performs verifications and inspections of products and machines. Assist in minor troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment when necessary. Responsible for and assisting the documentation of all department functions. Other Job duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Prior hands on work experience in a manufacturing setting. Able to work under minimal supervision. Able to lift, push and pull carts and product within legal standards. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Punctual and reliable person. Must exhibit good judgment. Personal as well as professional integrity. Self-motivated (independent) Must possess good communication and hands on skills.
