The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with hands-on experience in assembly lines and factory operations. This role is essential for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production workers. **Responsibilities** + Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards. + Manage and coordinate activities on the assembly line, ensuring timely completion of production goals. + Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and productivity. + Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to maintain optimal operation. + Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. + Collaborate with other departments, including quality control and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. + Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance outcomes. **Requirements** + Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility or factory setting. + Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. + Familiarity with assembly processes and the use of hand tools and power tools is essential. + Experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification may be required. + Previous warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of inventory management practices. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
