Make a difference as Senior Production Supervisor – BKD Plant
As Senior Production Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day production operations to ensure output meets quality, safety, and customer requirements. You will manage production processes, coordinate across departments, and lead teams to maintain high performance, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with global food safety and quality standards.

What you will do :

Ensure production processes comply with FSSC22000, HACCP, HALAL, Kosher, ISO9001, ISO14001, GHPs, and Non-GMO standards

Manage process control, staff supervision, and quality targets to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Control production costs (supplies, packaging, direct and indirect consumption) in line with monthly targets

Collaborate effectively with QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Lead process improvement, problem solving, and troubleshooting initiatives based on IPS implementation

Monitor risks affecting worker safety, food safety, or the working environment and establish corrective/preventive actions

Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards to ensure plant readiness for audits and customer visits

What you will bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields in production

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in chemical-based manufacturing (experience in starch, sweetener, or food manufacturing is an advantage)

Strong knowledge of EHS compliance and quality management systems

Good computer literacy and reporting skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
