We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Laverton North.

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations, driving safety and quality, and supporting our team through a period of exciting growth and change.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Coach and support team members to meet performance and development objectives. Manage automated packaging lines, plant equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy. Coordinate stock movement, packaging, dispatch, and uphold GMP standards. Champion continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to optimise workflow.

 

About You:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (agricultural or chemical industry experience preferred). SAP experience Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments. Forklift license (essential). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
