Production Supervisor
Description We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. This position offers the opportunity to lead teams, manage inventory, and contribute to the maintenance of equipment while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. • Supervise departmental workloads, providing direct support and hands-on assistance as needed. • Conduct quality checks to ensure all production work aligns with established design standards. • Lead by example, setting a positive tone and reinforcing best practices for all employees. • Manage inventory levels, ensuring raw materials are adequately stocked to support uninterrupted operations. • Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and perform minor repairs when necessary. • Conduct employee performance evaluations and address disciplinary matters with attention to detail. • Organize and execute end-of-year inventory counts to support accurate reporting and closure. • Collaborate with teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and production drawings, as well as working with tape measures and fractions. • Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment servicing and troubleshooting. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and processes. • Familiarity with mass production techniques and manufacturing assembly. • Experience in the manufacturing industry with a focus on operational management. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
