Job Overview
The Production Electrical Integration Supervisor at PCX plays a pivotal role in steering the operational activities of the Electrical Integration department towards excellence. This dynamic position is centered around optimizing team performance to achieve maximum production throughout and driving strategic initiatives that focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction.
A Day In The Life
+ Strategic Oversight: Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Electrical Integration teams, ensuring that all activities align with PCX’s strategic goals of enhancing production efficiency and output.
+ Performance Management: Proactively assign daily tasks and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to not only meet but exceed customer specifications and production targets.
+ KPI Focus: Vigilantly monitor and maximize key performance indicators, particularly production throughput. Implement data-driven strategies to foster an environment of continuous improvement, aimed at streamlining processes and reducing operational costs.
+ Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality, maintaining meticulous records and implementing quality control measures to ensure that all outputs meet PCX’s rigorous standards.
+ Team Development: Train and mentor integration teams, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth to improve quality and operational efficiency consistently.
+ Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with other department supervisors to strategically allocate resources based on shifting production priorities, ensuring optimal productivity across all sectors.
+ Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to PCX’s safety policies and regulations, maintaining a safe workplace environment for all employees.
