A Day In The Life + Strategic Oversight: Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Electrical Integration teams, ensuring that all activities align with PCX’s strategic goals of enhancing production efficiency and output. + Performance Management: Proactively assign daily tasks and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to not only meet but exceed customer specifications and production targets. + KPI Focus: Vigilantly monitor and maximize key performance indicators, particularly production throughput.
