STS Technical Services is hiring a Production Supervisor in Southwest Wyoming, Michigan. In this role, you will lead production and operating teams, driving performance, quality, and efficiency while ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers Recommend measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems Analyze production, quality control, and maintenance data to detect and address production issues Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff as needed Resolve personnel grievances in a fair and timely manner Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control methods Familiarity with machines, tools, and their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models What We Offer Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Supportive work culture focused on teamwork and success About STS Technical Services
