What You'll Be Doing
Daily supervision and direction for Ready Mix Concrete production staff and equipment
Lead and participate in company Health & Safety directives ensuring the safety and well-being of staff along with the safe operation of all company assets
Continuous improvement for production equipment with proactive maintenance and planning
Monitoring and maintaining local business budgetary parameters
Sales and customer service support
What Are We Looking For
Team player with interest in developing a career as a professional in the Ready Mix and Aggregate Materials supply industry.
Maintenance and operational experience for both mobile and plant related equipment
Ability to grow in health and safety leadership
Strong communicator both up and down, while maintaining clear directives through strategic budgeting
Safety minded individual with emphasis on continuous improvement of the company policies and procedures
Work Environment
Moderate paced Ready Mix Concrete facility servicing both rural and local town projects
Daily management for up to 8 staff members at a meticulously maintained operation including well developed yard, plant, shop and office building
Operational overview for 2 local Surface Mine Leases for Aggregate Production
