As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operation, including safety, quality, engagement, and overall performance in alignment with company performance metrics. In this role, you will have the leadership opportunity to coach, develop, motivate, and mentor an operational team. You will be a key leader within the operations team, reporting to the Site Operations Manager.
