You will Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance. + Oversee and manage the day to day production operations within the ISC department + Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets + Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality + Collaborate with cross functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products + Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement best practices to optimize production processes + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production supervision + Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Suite, focus on Outlook, Excel and Word + Strong knowledge of production processes and safety standards + Proficiency in using production management software and tools + Ability to analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed **Who We Are** The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
