GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Team leader on assembly lines, ensuring and leading service departments to achieve company objectives through strategy and teamwork.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
● Professional or technical qualifications.
● 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or personnel leader.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
● English 50%
● Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes.
● Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8Ds).
● Leadership
● Teamwork
● Fluency in communication, good communication skills
● Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Analytical skills
● Decision-making, negotiation, and people-oriented

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Respect and comply with safety policies.
● Meet safety metrics: 0 accidents, 5 OPSs per week.
● Participate in and/or lead safety gembas.
● Participate in and/or lead process improvements/workshops/new model phases.
● Participate in and/or lead quality problem-solving meetings.
● Meet quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
● Rigorous execution of established processes (balancing, tooling, Andon, etc.), avoiding line downtime, and adhering to the production plan.
● Any other activities assigned by the supervisor.
● Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) established for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
● Comply with safety regulations determined according to their role.
● Complete planned Quality and Training training on time.
● Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
