Make a difference as a Production Supervisor – BKD Plant
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee dryer production operations to ensure optimal performance in safety, quality, yield, and energy efficiency. You’ll manage the daily activities of the dryer section, lead a team of foremen, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC standards.

What you will do:

Lead day-to-day dryer operations to meet safety, quality, production, and customer delivery goals

Maximize dryer performance, yield, energy efficiency, and reduce waste through continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC22000, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, and other safety & quality regulations

Lead and develop the dryer production team, promoting skills development and coaching

Coordinate with EHS, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functions for smooth operations

Provide regular feedback and performance reporting to the Production Manager

Contribute to plant-wide improvement initiatives and training programs

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2–3 years of production or supervisory experience in manufacturing (FMCG, starch, chemical, or food industries preferred)

Familiarity with dryer operations and ISO/FSSC compliance standards

Effective communication skills in Thai and English (spoken & written)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP and statistical tools (MiniTab) is a plus
