What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Monitor plant performance and proactively address operational issues.
Support and coach production staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to optimize plant reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with plant goals.
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
Proven ability to manage production processes in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.

Work Environment
This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments. The position requires the ability to navigate industrial settings, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
