Qualifications and skills Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Food Science. Experience 4–10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key Competencies Strong analytical skills. Solid understanding of continuous improvement principles. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding of leadership, team development, motivation, coaching, and influence. HACCP/Food Safety experience is a plus.Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $105,272 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
