Collaborate with site engineers to develop and maintain streamlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Build and sustain a skilled and qualified production team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Kerry standards across the plant. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Manage the production department within budgetary constraints. Foster a positive work environment that promotes continuous improvement. Partner with the HSE Officer to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Ensure all manufactured products meet required specifications. Minimize production losses through proactive management. Implement and uphold robust food safety programs. Drive performance through effective KPI management.

Qualifications and skills Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Food Science. Experience 4–10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key Competencies Strong analytical skills. Solid understanding of continuous improvement principles. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding of leadership, team development, motivation, coaching, and influence. HACCP/Food Safety experience is a plus.

 

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $105,272 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
