Key responsibilities
+ Execute the production schedule efficiently and effectively.
+ Collaborate with site engineers to develop and maintain streamlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Build and sustain a skilled and qualified production team.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Kerry standards across the plant.
+ Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Manage the production department within budgetary constraints.
+ Foster a positive work environment that promotes continuous improvement.
+ Partner with the HSE Officer to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
+ Ensure all manufactured products meet required specifications.
+ Minimize production losses through proactive management.
+ Implement and uphold robust food safety programs.
+ Drive performance through effective KPI management.

Qualifications and skills
Education & Qualifications
+ Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or Food Science.
Experience
+ 410 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Key Competencies
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ Solid understanding of continuous improvement principles.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Understanding of leadership, team development, motivation, coaching, and influence.
+ HACCP/Food Safety experience is a plus.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $105,272 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
