BASIC POSITION DUTIES : + Leads & coordinates activities of the OE Friction Department to meet organizational objectives in the areas of productivity, quality, employee relations, safety, shipping, continuous improvement, and equipment utilization.   JOB DUTIES: + Assignment coordinating and training of Production Associates.  + Ensures equipment operation in compliance with established procedures. + Leads continuous improvement and APS activities. + Promotes and maintains good working relationships with assigned groups.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: + High School Graduate.  + Additional education beyond high school preferred.  + Leadership and/or Team building training helpful.   SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DESIRED : + Strong ability to work in and foster a team environment.  + Ability to lead and inspire others. + Strong commitment to excellence.  + Good problem-solving skills.                                                                                                           Powered by JazzHR
