**Job Title: Clean Room Supervisor**
**Job Description**
Supervise and coordinate teams of operators in the manufacture and testing of electronic and electro-mechanical products and systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise production employees and manage workflow.
+ Provide guidance, performance reviews, and discipline to production employees as necessary.
+ Calculate stock and supply requirements based on production schedules and request materials from storage.
+ Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
+ Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
+ Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
+ Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase production efficiency.
+ Analyze and resolve work-related problems or assist workers in solving them.
+ Maintain time and production records.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of supervisory experience in a circuit card assembly manufacturing environment.
+ Clean room experience is 100% required.
+ Strong communication and leadership skills.
+ Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in defense/aerospace electronics manufacturing is a plus.
+ Electronic Component ID Certification is preferred.
+ IPC 610 Certification is preferred.
+ J-STD-001 Certification is preferred.
+ Knowledge of Safety Procedures.
+ Thorough understanding of ESD is preferred.
+ Knowledge of standard and metric weights and measuring systems.
+ Ability to read and understand customer drawings and internal documentation.
+ Proficiency in using a computer for emails, spreadsheets, word documents, and statistical data and graphs.

**Work Environment**
The employee will work in a high-quality PCB manufacturing environment, specifically in a clean room. The standard shift is from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, but as a manager, flexibility to start earlier or stay later is required, including weekends. Employees will need to wear a full bunny suit with foot covers, mouth covers, gloves, and a hair net. No makeup, fake nails, or nail polish is allowed, and employees must wear closed-toed shoes and pants.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Tempe, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
