The Production Supervisor - Quality position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Production Supervisors are:

**What You'll be able to Do:**
+ Supervise a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
+ Create and preserve good working connections with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
+ Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
+ Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies
+ Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
+ Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement
+ Communicate goals and leverage resources to solve problems
**You'll have...**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
+ Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

+ Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
+ Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
+ Highly committed to continuous improvement, while applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset
+ Create a culture of safety and apply and implement workplace policies
+ Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
+ Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others
+ Ability to work weekends and rotate shifts, as required by the business

+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Safety and quality experience
+ Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
+ Knowledge of constraint management principles
+ Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
