Our client, a leading manufacturer in the home and body care products industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the bottling team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: S55,000 - $57,000

Shift: 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

Supervise and direct production staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Monitor production lines for adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment for all team members. Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.

What's Needed?

3-5 years of equivalent work experience or 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing. Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook; familiarity with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
